Recording Licence Request

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND FILL OUT ALL REQUIRED FIELDS

This form is for the explicit purpose of obtaining a Recording Licence, which will allow the named party to record the indicated works (see Title of Works below) .

  • This licence covers recording the work(s) in any form (CD,DVD,Tape,MP3,Film,Video, etc)
  • This licence covers the recording of the work(s) only for the mediums indicated below. If the recording is transferred to another medium at a later date, then a new licence must be applied for
    SongAria Publications request receipt of a copy of the recording in one of the mediums indicated below. This is not a condition of a licence being issued, but is requested as a matter of courtesy.
  • The cost of the licence (if any) will be e-mailed to you within 2 working days. You may then be required to fill in an on-line form. Once this has been received at SongAria Publications you will receive your recording licence, usually within 1 working day, in the form of a PDF document
  • If you require a licence to broadcast the indicated work(s), please apply to the local performing rights collection society in your respective country
  • You will automatically receive a licence to perform the work in public along with your recording licence, but note that this performing licence lasts only 12 months (renewable)
