Performance Licence Request

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND FILL OUT ALL REQUIRED FIELDS

This form is for the explicit purpose of obtaining a Performance Licence, which will allow the named party to perform the indicated works (see Title of Works below) for a period of 12 months from date of issue.
There is no charge for this licence, however, SongAria Publications reserves the right to subsequently issue a charge for such licences. Should a charge be implemented, it will apply to newly issued licences only.

A renewal of a licence may not be obtained less than eleven months from date of issue.

A condition of the licence is that you inform SongAria Publications of the details of any performances of the indicated works. This will help us keep accurate records. SongAria Publications reserves the right to include these details on www.songaria.co.uk, www.davidstowell.co.uk or associated websites. In such a case no direct contact details would be included, other than an e-mail address and a link to the Licencee's web site, should one exist. If you prefer that no contact details be given, then indicate appropriately below.

Permission will be granted by e-mail, usually within 1 working day, in the form of a PDF document

If you require a licence to broadcast the indicated pieces of music, please apply to the local performing rights collection society in your respective country.

If you require a licence to record the works (CD,DVD,Tape,MP3,Video, etc), then you must submit a Recording Licence Request Form
